What Is Tai' Chi Gung?

Tai' Supreme / Ultimate
Chi Intrinsic Lifeforce
Gung Temple / Body

The Ultimate Lifeforce Temple. Developed over 3,300 years ago by the original master Boganathar, Tai' Chi Gung is a complete system for regenerating health and extending vitality — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is not merely a movement practice. It is the owner's manual for the human body.

Master Lama Rasaji — Founder of Circle of Chi

Master Lama Rasaji

Founder  ·  One of 12 Master Lamas Worldwide

From the foothills of Tennessee to the ancient Lamasery in Darchen, Tibet — Master Lama Rasaji's journey spans more than five decades of devoted practice and teaching. Trained from early childhood by Maha Lama Bo-Yang, the current head of an unbroken lineage extending back over 3,300 years, Rasaji was asked to bring the true teachings of Tai' Chi Gung to the Western world.

Where most people lost touch with the body's natural instructions, Rasaji preserved them. His training transformed a childhood of sickness into a lifetime of extraordinary health and abundance — and he has dedicated his life to sharing that transformation with others.

As one of only twelve Master Lamas on the planet and the spokesperson for the oldest Lamasery in Tibet, Rasaji carries a responsibility that extends beyond any single student or class. His mission: to bring health, wealth, and happiness to one human family through the regenerative practice of Tai' Chi Gung.

"The body is not just plumbing. It is an electromagnetic biologic being, with frequencies and vibrations sent out and absorbed every day, which need balance and release to prevent the unwanted negative things from manifesting in our lives."

The 8 Pillars of the Circle of Chi

Tai' Chi Gung addresses health through eight interconnected aspects of life. The first four nurture the inner body. The second four harmonize your relationship with the world around you.

Mind

Cultivate clarity, focus, and conscious awareness as the foundation of all health.

Breath

Harness the bridge between body and spirit through intentional breathwork.

Movement

Restore energy flow through slow, deliberate Tai' Chi Gung exercises and forms.

Nutrition

Nourish the body in alignment with the natural elements — earth, water, air, and fire.

Work

Align your livelihood with purpose and channel productive energy outward.

Money

Understand abundance as a flow of energy that mirrors internal balance.

Relationships

Build connections rooted in truth, simplicity, and love — the three pillars of the Lamasery.

Nature

Reconnect with the forces of nature that sustain and regenerate all life.

Where Science Meets Wisdom

Tai' Chi Gung is no longer considered "complementary." It is being validated by peer-reviewed science across fields including psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics, and integrative medicine — all of which confirm that the body's regulatory systems are profoundly influenced by mind-body interactions.

Dr. Elizabeth Dolin, a board-certified physician (DO, FACOI, FCCP) and classically trained internist, partnered with Master Lama Rasaji to bridge ancient wisdom and modern clinical research. Together, they authored The Operational Manual for the Human Body — a groundbreaking work that maps each system of the body across its physical, energetic, and spiritual dimensions.

This partnership is what sets Circle of Chi apart. Where other practices offer tradition alone, we unite the precision of Western medicine with the timeless depth of the East — giving practitioners a path that resonates with both reason and spirit.

By doing the Tai' Chi Gung exercises, we are increasing our energy, clearing our energy fields, and beginning to balance and regenerate ourselves. There has never been a better time to pursue this journey of discovery."
