Overview
We want you to feel confident shopping with Circle of Chi. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

Returns
We accept returns on most physical products within 30 days of the delivery date. To request a return, email raquel@circleofchi.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Items must be in the same condition that you received them and in resalable condition.

Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Digital products or downloads

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Items marked “final sale” on the product page
If an item is non-returnable, this will be noted in the product description.
Return shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact raquel@circleofchi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please email raquel@circleofchi.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange and the item you would like instead. In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item first and then place a new order.
Store credit
In some situations, we may offer store credit instead of a refund, such as when an item is returned outside the standard return window but is still in new, resalable condition and accepted at our discretion. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code or gift card that can be used on future purchases at circleofchi.store.
