Shipping policy

Order processing and fulfillment

Orders are processed and fulfilled by our third‑party logistics partner, ShipBob. Once your order is placed, it is automatically sent to the nearest fulfillment center where items are picked, packed, and handed off to a carrier.

Most in‑stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), but during peak periods processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping methods and delivery times

At checkout, you’ll see the available shipping options and estimated delivery times for your address. Delivery time estimates are provided by our carriers and ShipBob based on your location and selected service level.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard shipping (domestic): usually 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited options (when available): faster methods such as 2‑day shipping may be shown at checkout depending on your location.

These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping speed. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the site or at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier first scans your package.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building office.

  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
    If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at raquel@circleofchi.com and we will help review next steps with you and the carrier.

Shipping destinations and restrictions

We currently ship to the destinations listed at checkout; if your location is not available, we are not yet able to ship there. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or local regulations (for example, certain items may not be eligible for international shipping or shipment to PO boxes).

If an order is placed to a location we cannot ship to, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

Incorrect addresses and returned shipments

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or inability to deliver, we can reship it once it is received back in our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged packages

Risk of loss passes to the carrier once an order has been handed off for shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to raquel@circleofchi.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details.

We will work with ShipBob and the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution in line with our Refund Policy.

Customs, duties, and taxes (for international orders)

For orders shipped outside your home country, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, carriers, or fulfillment partners. Any updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
